Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

Taking a Measurement

Follow proper procedure for accurate readings.

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor, back supported.
  2. Wrap cuff on left arm (unless instructed otherwise).
  3. Rest arm on table so cuff is at heart level.
  4. Press START/STOP button. Device will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  6. Reading displays with systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
  7. Cuff deflates automatically. Device stores reading in memory.
  8. Wait 2-3 minutes between measurements on same arm.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is not too tight or loose.

Note: Single readings may vary. Track trends over time for meaningful information.

Memory Function

Store and review past measurements.

  1. Select User: Press USER button to toggle between User 1 and User 2.
  2. Automatic Storage: Each measurement is stored with date/time for selected user.
  3. Review Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  4. Clear Memory: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to delete all readings for current user.
