Device Overview

Front Panel: LCD Display, START/STOP Button, MEMORY Button, USER Button, SET Button. Side: USB Port, AC Adapter Socket. Cuff: Air Tube Connector, D-ring, Velcro closure, artery marker.

Display Symbols: User Icon (U1/U2), Memory Icon, Battery Icon, MAM Icon, Irregular Heartbeat Symbol, WHO Indicator Bar, Systolic/Diastolic/Pulse values, Date/Time.

Initial Setup

Before first use: Install batteries or connect AC adapter, set date/time, select user.

  1. Power: Insert 4 AA batteries or connect AC adapter to socket and wall outlet.
  2. Set Date/Time: Press SET button, use START/STOP to adjust values, press SET to confirm.
  3. Select User: Press USER button to choose U1 or U2. The user icon will appear on display.
  4. Cuff Application: Place cuff on bare upper arm, align artery marker with brachial artery, secure with D-ring.

Tip: For most accurate results, rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor.

Taking a Measurement

Supports Standard single measurement and MAM (3-in-1) mode.

  1. Prepare: Sit quietly for 5 minutes. Apply cuff correctly to left arm at heart level.
  2. Start: Press START/STOP button. Cuff will inflate automatically.
  3. During Measurement: Remain still and quiet. Do not move arm or talk.
  4. Result: Cuff deflates. Systolic, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate display. WHO bar indicates category.
  5. MAM Mode: Press and hold START/STOP for 3 seconds until MAM icon appears. Device takes 3 readings with 30-second pauses and displays the average.
  6. Power Off: Device turns off automatically after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff over 299 mmHg. If discomfort occurs, press START/STOP to stop.

Memory & Data Management

Stores 99 readings for each of 2 users (U1/U2).

  1. View Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings for current user.
  2. Switch User: Press USER button to select U1 or U2, then press MEMORY to view their data.
  3. Delete All Memory: With device off, press and hold MEMORY and SET buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. "CLr" appears. Confirm by pressing START/STOP.
  4. Date/Time Stamp: Each reading is stored with date and time of measurement.

PC Connectivity

Transfer data to computer for tracking and analysis using included software.

  1. Install Software: Insert CD, follow on-screen instructions to install "Microlife Health Management Software".
  2. Connect Device: Use USB cable to connect monitor to computer USB port.
  3. Transfer Data: Open software, follow prompts to download memory data.
  4. View Reports: Software displays graphs, trends, and printable reports.

Note: Software compatible with Windows 7/8/10. Mac OS not supported.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug AC adapter and remove batteries before cleaning.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol, benzene, or abrasive cleaners. Do not disassemble the device.
