  4. Press START/STOP button. Monitor will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet during inflation and measurement. Do not move arm or talk.
  6. Monitor will deflate and display results (Systolic, Diastolic, Pulse).
  7. Results are automatically saved to selected user's memory.
  8. To turn off, press START/STOP again or wait for auto power-off (1 minute).

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day, before medication, for consistent tracking.

Understanding Your Results

The display shows three main values and indicators:

WHO Indicator Bar: Color-coded bar on right side of display: Green (Optimal: <120/80), Yellow (Normal: 120-129/80-84), Orange (High Normal: 130-139/85-89), Red (Hypertension: ≥140/90).

Symbols: Irregular Heartbeat symbol ( ) appears if irregular pulse detected during measurement. Body Movement symbol ( ) appears if excessive movement detected.

Note: A single high reading is not necessarily cause for alarm. Consult your physician if consistently high or if symptoms occur.
