Taking a Measurement

For the most accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes in a quiet environment, sitting comfortably with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Wrap the cuff on your bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above the elbow. The artery marker (▲) should align with the brachial artery. The tube should run down the center of your arm.
  3. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit one finger underneath.
  4. Sit with your back straight, arm resting on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
  5. On the monitor, select your user (1 or 2) and choose Standard or MAM mode.
  6. Press the START button. The cuff will inflate automatically.
  7. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete and the cuff deflates.
  8. View your systolic/diastolic pressure, pulse rate, and any detection icons (AFib, irregular heartbeat) on the screen.
  9. The result will automatically sync to the app if Bluetooth is connected.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Do not inflate the cuff when not attached to an arm.
