Initial Setup

Power on device; set date and time for accurate memory records.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.

  3. Select User: Press USER button to select User 1 or User 2 for separate memory.
  4. Apply Cuff: Place cuff on bare left arm 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with brachial artery.

Taking a Measurement

Follow proper procedure for accurate results.

  1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes in a chair with back support.
  2. Place cuff on left arm as described, ensure tube runs down center of arm.
  3. Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level, palm up.
  4. Press START/STOP button; cuff inflates automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  6. Results display with systolic, diastolic, pulse rate, and any detection symbols.
  7. Device deflates fully; press START/STOP to turn off or wait for auto power-off.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is at heart level for accurate reading.
