Initial Setup

Prepare the device for first use.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity, or connect the AC adapter.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Sit in a chair with back support, feet flat on the floor.
  2. Wrap the cuff on your bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above the elbow. The artery marker (Δ) should align with your brachial artery.
  3. Secure the cuff snugly, but not too tight. Your arm should be relaxed, palm up, on a table at heart level.
  4. Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete and the cuff deflates.
  6. Your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will display, along with any detection symbols.

Tip: For the most accurate tracking, take measurements at the same time each day, before medication or meals.

Understanding the Display

Interpret the readings and symbols after a measurement.

Bluetooth & App Connectivity

Sync your data to the Microlife Connected Health app for tracking and sharing.
