Device Overview
Front Panel: START/STOP button, Memory (M) button, User Select button (1/2), LCD display.
LCD Display Icons: Systolic pressure, Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate, Irregular heartbeat symbol, Hypertension indicator bar, User icon, Memory icon, Battery icon, Date/Time, Error symbol.
Cuff Connector Port: Located on left side of unit.
Battery Compartment/DC Input: Located on back of unit.
Getting Started
Prepare the device for first use.
- Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment on back, insert 4 AA batteries matching polarity marks.
- Set Date & Time: Press and hold M button for 3 seconds until date flashes. Use START/STOP to adjust values, M to confirm and move to next setting.
- Apply Cuff: Place cuff on bare upper arm. The artery marker (△) should align with brachial artery on inner arm. Cuff edge should be 2-3 cm above elbow. Secure with fabric closure.
- Connect Cuff: Plug cuff tube into port on left side of monitor until it clicks.
CAUTION! Do not use on injured or sore arm. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
Taking a Measurement
For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.
- Sit comfortably on a chair with back support, feet flat on floor.
- Rest arm on table so cuff is at heart level.
- Select User: Press User button to choose User 1 or User 2 icon.
- Press START/STOP button. Cuff will inflate automatically.
- Remain still and quiet during measurement. Do not move arm or talk.
- Measurement completes when cuff deflates. Results display with pulse.
- To turn off, press START/STOP again or wait for auto power-off (approx. 1 minute).
Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.
Understanding Results
The display shows systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings.
- Systolic/Diastolic: Displayed as e.g., 120/80 mmHg.
- Pulse: Beats per minute (BPM).
- Hypertension Indicator Bar: Color-coded (Green=Normal, Yellow=Prehypertension, Red=Hypertension) based on WHO classification.
- Irregular Heartbeat Symbol (♥): Flashes if irregular rhythm detected during measurement. If it appears frequently, consult your doctor.
- Date & Time: Stamped for each reading.
Note: Single readings may vary. Track trends over time.
Memory Function
Stores readings separately for two users.
- View Memory: Press M button once to display average of last 3 readings for selected user. Press again to scroll through individual stored readings (most recent first).
- Delete Memory: While in memory view, press and hold M button for 3 seconds until "CLr" appears. All readings for that user are deleted.
- User Selection: Press User button to switch between User 1 and User 2 before measurement. Each user has independent memory.
WARNING! Deleting memory is permanent. Record important readings elsewhere if needed.
Care & Maintenance
Unplug cuff and remove batteries before cleaning.
- Clean monitor with slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or use solvents.
- Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry.
- Store in provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Replace batteries when low battery icon appears. Remove batteries if not used for extended periods.
- Do not expose to extreme temperatures, humidity, or strong shocks.

Troubleshooting
