First-Time Setup

Prepare device before first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press DATE/TIME button, use START to adjust values.
  3. Connect cuff: Insert air tube into socket until it clicks.
  4. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.

CAUTION! Use only recommended batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat on floor.
  2. Rest for 5 minutes before measurement.
  3. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above elbow.
  4. Position cuff at heart level, tube facing downward.
  5. Press START button - device inflates automatically.
  6. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  7. Read results on display when measurement completes.
  8. Press START to turn off or wait for auto power-off.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Device stores measurements for two users separately.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  3. Average values: Display shows average of last 3 readings for selected user.
  4. Clear memory: Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to erase all readings for current user.

NOTE: Memory full indicator appears when 99 measurements are stored.

AFIB Detection

Patented technology screens for atrial fibrillation during measurement.

IMPORTANT: AFIB detection is a screening tool only. Always consult healthcare professional for diagnosis.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures accurate measurements and long device life.

  1. Clean device with soft, dry cloth only.
  2. Do not immerse in water or use liquid cleaners.
  3. Store in provided case when not in use.
  4. Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
  5. Replace batteries when low battery symbol appears.
  6. Have device checked for accuracy every 2 years.

CAUTION! Do not wash cuff in washing machine. Spot clean only with damp cloth.
