Before First Use

Prepare the device for initial measurement.

Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
Set Date & Time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
Apply Cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper left arm, 1-2 cm above elbow. Tube aligns with artery.
Rest Position: Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Keep feet flat, back supported.

Tip: Avoid eating, smoking, or caffeine 30 minutes before measurement.

Taking a Measurement

Follow these steps for accurate readings.

Sit correctly: As described in Before First Use.
Select User: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
Start Measurement: Press START/STOP. Cuff inflates automatically.
Remain Still: Do not move or talk during measurement.
Read Results: Display shows systolic, diastolic, pulse. Irregular heartbeat symbol if detected.
Device automatically deflates and powers off after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff without proper arm placement to avoid injury.

Memory Function

Stores 99 readings per user (2 users total).

View Memory: Press MEMORY button. Display shows average of last 3 readings.
Scroll: Press START/STOP to scroll through individual readings with date/time.
Clear Memory: Press and hold MEMORY and USER simultaneously for 3 seconds (resets current user's memory).

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are replaced if done within 2 minutes.

Battery & Power

Battery Type: 4 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries.
