Device Overview

Front Panel: LCD display, START/STOP button, MEMORY button, USER 1/2 buttons.

Initial Setup

Before first use:

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Connect cuff: Insert air tube connector into device port until it clicks.
  4. Select user: Press USER 1 or USER 2 button to select your memory profile.

CAUTION! Do not mix old and new batteries. Remove batteries if device will not be used for extended period.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results:

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
  2. Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat on floor.
  3. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above elbow. Artery marker should align with brachial artery.
  4. Keep cuff at heart level. Rest arm on table.
  5. Press START/STOP button. Device will inflate automatically.
  6. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  7. Results display automatically with WHO classification.
  8. Device deflates and powers off after 1 minute.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Device stores 60 readings for each of 2 users.

  1. Select user: Press USER 1 or USER 2 before measurement.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings for selected user.
  3. Average value: Last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes are averaged automatically.
  4. Clear memory: Press and hold USER 1 and USER 2 simultaneously for 3 seconds (clears current user's memory only).

Note: Memory includes date, time, systolic, diastolic, pulse, and irregular heartbeat detection.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug air tube and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Clean device with slightly damp cloth only. Do not immerse in water.
  2. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth. Air dry completely before storage.
  3. Store in provided case in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  4. Do not expose to extreme temperatures, humidity, or strong magnetic fields.
  5. Replace cuff if damaged or if Velcro loses adhesion.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol, benzene, or abrasive cleaners. Do not disassemble device.
