Specifications

Before First Use

Prepare the device for initial measurement.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Select user: Press USER button to choose USER 1 or USER 2.
  4. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, align artery marker with brachial artery.

CAUTION! Ensure cuff is snug but not too tight. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat on floor.
  2. Place cuff on left arm at heart level (arm resting on table).
  3. Press START/STOP button. Device will inflate automatically.
  4. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  5. Results display automatically with systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
  6. Device deflates and stores reading automatically.
  7. To turn off, press START/STOP again or wait for auto power-off.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

View and manage stored measurements.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose USER 1 or USER 2.
  2. Recall memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  3. View average: After third reading, average of last 3 measurements displays automatically.
  4. Delete memory: Press and hold MEMORY button for 5 seconds while in memory mode to clear current user's data.

Note: Memory is preserved when batteries are removed.

Care & Cleaning

Remove batteries before cleaning. Use slightly damp cloth with mild detergent. Do not immerse in water.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol, benzene, or abrasive cleaners. Store in case when not in use.

Battery Information

Battery life: Approximately 500 measurements (alkaline batteries).

  1. Replace when battery symbol appears on display.
  2. Remove batteries if device not used for extended period.
  3. Use only 1.5V AA alkaline batteries.
  4. Optional AC adapter: DC 6V, 500mA (center positive).

WARNING! Do not mix old and new batteries. Dispose of batteries properly.
