Device Overview

Front Panel: LCD display, START/STOP button, MEMORY button, USER button (1/2).

Display Symbols: Systolic pressure, Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate, User indicator, Memory indicator, Battery indicator, WHO classification bar, Irregular heartbeat symbol, Error symbol, Date and time.

Cuff: Arrow marking for artery alignment, Velcro closure, metal D-ring, air tube connector.

Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Select user: Press USER button to select User 1 or User 2.
  4. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, align artery marker with brachial artery.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes before first measurement. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor.

Taking a Measurement

Follow these steps for accurate readings.

  1. Sit correctly: Sit on chair with back supported, feet flat, arm resting on table at heart level.
  2. Apply cuff: Place cuff 1-2 cm above elbow, tighten snugly but not too tight.
  3. Start measurement: Press START/STOP button. Cuff inflates automatically.
  4. Remain still: Do not move or talk during measurement.
  5. Read results: Systolic, diastolic pressure and pulse rate display automatically.
  6. Store reading: Measurement automatically stores in memory for selected user.
  7. Power off: Device turns off automatically after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff repeatedly in quick succession. Wait 5 minutes between measurements.

Memory Function

Stores up to 30 readings per user (60 total).

  1. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  2. Delete single reading: Display reading, press and hold MEMORY for 3 seconds.
  3. Delete all readings: With device off, press and hold MEMORY and START/STOP together for 5 seconds.
  4. Switch users: Press USER button to toggle between User 1 and User 2 memory.

Each stored reading shows: Systolic/diastolic pressure, pulse rate, date, time, irregular heartbeat symbol if detected.

Care & Maintenance

Uninstall batteries before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth only.

  1. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth if necessary. Air dry completely.
  2. Do not immerse device in water or use abrasive cleaners.
  3. Store in provided case in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  4. Replace batteries when low battery symbol appears.
  5. Avoid extreme temperatures, humidity, and strong electromagnetic fields.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble device. No user-serviceable parts inside.
