Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4xAA batteries observing polarity.

  3. Connect cuff: Insert air tube into socket until it clicks.
  4. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes before first measurement. Sit quietly in a chair with feet flat on floor.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Sit comfortably: Back supported, feet flat, arm resting on table at heart level.
  2. Apply cuff: Place cuff on bare upper arm, artery marker over brachial artery.
  3. Secure cuff: Snug but not tight, leaving space for two fingers.
  4. Start measurement: Press START button, remain still and quiet.
  5. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse appear on display with WHO classification.
  6. Automatic deflation: Cuff deflates automatically after measurement.
  7. Power off: Device turns off automatically after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Wait 3 minutes between measurements.

Memory Function

Store and recall measurements for two users.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored measurements.
  3. Average value: Last 3 measurements average displayed when memory viewed.
  4. Clear memory: Press and hold MEMORY and USER simultaneously for 5 seconds.
  5. Memory full: Oldest measurement automatically deleted when memory full.

Note: Each user has separate memory. Measurements include date and time stamp.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures accurate measurements and long device life.
