Before First Use

Install batteries or connect AC adapter.

  1. Insert 4 AA batteries (LR6) into the compartment, observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold START/STOP for 3 seconds, use buttons to adjust.
  3. Select user: Press the USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  4. Apply cuff correctly: Wrap cuff on bare upper left arm, 1-2 cm above elbow.

CAUTION! Use only recommended batteries or AC adapter. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, rest for 5 minutes before measuring.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported, feet flat on floor.
  2. Place cuff on left arm with tube facing downward, align artery marker with brachial artery.
  3. Secure cuff snugly (should fit one finger underneath).
  4. Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.
  5. Press START/STOP. Device will inflate automatically.
  6. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete.
  7. Readings display with systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
  8. Device automatically stores reading and powers off after 1 minute.

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistent tracking.

Understanding Results

The WHO indicator shows color bars corresponding to blood pressure levels:

If the Irregular Heartbeat symbol appears, it may indicate pulse arrhythmia. Consult your physician if it appears frequently.

Memory Function

Each user has 99 memory slots. To review:

  1. Press the MEMORY button once to show the last reading.
  2. Press again to scroll through previous readings with date/time.
  3. Press and hold MEMORY for 3 seconds to delete all readings for the current user.
  4. To view the average of the last 3 consecutive readings, press the AVG button.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are removed.

Battery & Power

WARNING! Remove batteries if device will not be used for 3 months or more to prevent leakage.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug AC adapter and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Wipe main unit with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
  2. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry.
  3. Store device in the provided case in a cool, dry place.
  4. Avoid extreme temperatures, humidity, dust, and direct sunlight.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.
