Device Overview
Front Panel: START/STOP Button, LCD Display, Memory Button (M), User Select Button (1/2).
Display Symbols: Systolic Pressure, Diastolic Pressure, Pulse Rate, Irregular Heartbeat Symbol, WHO Indicator Bar, User Icon, Memory Icon, Battery Icon, Date/Time.
Side/Back: Cuff Socket, AC Adapter Socket, Battery Compartment.
Cuff: Cloth cuff with metal D-Ring, air tube, and artery marker.
Initial Setup
Before first use, install batteries or connect AC adapter, set date/time, and apply cuff correctly.
- Power: Insert 4 AA batteries into the compartment, observing polarity. Alternatively, plug the AC adapter into the socket and a wall outlet.
- Date & Time: Press and hold the M button for 3 seconds. Use START/STOP to adjust values, M to confirm and move to next setting.

- Body Position: Sit comfortably with back supported, feet flat on floor. Rest arm on a table so cuff is at heart level.
Tip: Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes before measurement.
Taking a Measurement
Follow these steps for an accurate reading.
- Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
- Apply the cuff correctly as described in Initial Setup.
- Press the START/STOP button. The device will inflate automatically.
- Remain still and do not talk during inflation and measurement.
- The cuff will deflate automatically. Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will display.
- The reading will be stored automatically in memory for the selected user.
- If the irregular heartbeat symbol appears, note it and consider repeating the measurement after a few minutes.
- Press START/STOP to turn off the display, or it will power off automatically after 1 minute.
WARNING! Do not inflate the cuff when it is not wrapped around an arm.
Memory Function
The device stores up to 99 readings for each of two users (User 1 and User 2).

Understanding Results
Reading Display: Shows systolic/diastolic pressure (mmHg) and pulse rate (BPM).
WHO Indicator: A color-coded bar on the right side of the display classifies your reading:
- Green Zone: Normal (Systolic: <120, Diastolic: <80)
- Yellow Zone: Mild Hypertension (Systolic: 120-139, Diastolic: 80-89)
- Orange Zone: Moderate Hypertension (Systolic: 140-159, Diastolic: 90-99)
- Red Zone: Severe Hypertension (Systolic: ≥160, Diastolic: ≥100)
Irregular Heartbeat Symbol: If this icon flashes during or after measurement, it detected a possible pulse irregularity. Take a second measurement after resting. If it appears frequently, consult your doctor.
Error Codes: 'Err' may appear for movement, cuff issues, or measurement failure. Ensure proper setup and repeat.
Care & Maintenance
Proper care ensures long device life and accurate readings.
- Cleaning: Wipe the main unit and cuff with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or use harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Store in the provided case in a cool, dry place. Do not store near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

CAUTION! Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the device. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Possible Cause | Corrective Action |
| Display is blank | Dead batteries, improper connection | Replace batteries; ensure AC adapter is firmly connected. |
| Error 'Err' appears | Cuff not attached, movement during measurement | Ensure cuff is connected correctly; remain still and repeat. |
| Inaccurate reading | Incorrect cuff position, body posture | Ensure cuff is at heart level; sit correctly; wait 5 min after activity. |
| Cuff does not inflate | Air tube leak, blockage | Check tube connection; ensure it's not kinked. |
| Memory not storing | Memory full, wrong user selected | Clear memory for current user; select correct user before measuring. |
| Irregular heartbeat symbol flashes | Possible arrhythmia detected | Rest and measure again. Consult physician if frequent. |
Reset: Remove batteries and AC adapter for 1 minute to perform a soft reset.
