Taking a Measurement

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat on floor.
  2. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm at heart level.
  3. Press START/STOP button to begin measurement.
  4. Remain still and quiet during inflation and measurement.
  5. Cuff will deflate automatically; results display with WHO color indicator.
  6. Record results if desired; device automatically stores in memory.
  7. Remove cuff after measurement is complete.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is at heart level.
