Device Overview

Front Panel: LCD display, START/STOP button, MEMORY button, USER button (1/2), Bluetooth indicator. Cuff: Velcro closure, artery marker, air tube connector.

Display Symbols: Systolic/Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate, Irregular heartbeat symbol, WHO classification bar, User indicator (1/2), Memory full indicator, Bluetooth symbol, Low battery symbol, Date/Time.

Buttons: START/STOP (begin/end measurement), MEMORY (review stored readings), USER (switch between user 1 and 2).

Initial Setup

Before first use: Install batteries and set date/time.

  1. Open battery compartment on back; insert 4xAA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date/time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds until year flashes. Use START/STOP to adjust values, MEMORY to confirm and move to next setting.
  3. Connect cuff: Ensure air tube is firmly inserted into device socket.
  4. Select user: Press USER button to choose user 1 or 2 (indicator on display).

Tip: Wait 5 minutes after battery insertion before first use.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, measure at the same time each day, after resting 5 minutes.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported, feet flat on floor.
  2. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above elbow. Artery marker should align with brachial artery.
  3. Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level. Keep still and quiet.
  4. Press START/STOP. Cuff inflates automatically.
  5. Remain still until cuff deflates and results display.
  6. Results show: Systolic/Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate. Irregular heartbeat symbol if detected.
  7. WHO bar shows color category (green=normal, yellow=pre-hypertension, red=hypertension).
  8. Device automatically stores reading and powers off after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff when not wrapped around arm. Do not move or talk during measurement.

Using the Memory Function

Stores 60 readings per user with date/time stamp.

  1. Review readings: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings for current user.
  2. Switch users: Press USER button to select user 1 or 2, then press MEMORY to view their readings.
  3. Memory full: When 60 readings stored, oldest is automatically overwritten.
  4. Clear memory: Remove batteries for 5 minutes to clear all memory (date/time must be reset).

Note: Memory is maintained for approximately 72 hours when batteries are removed.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Sync readings to Microlife Connected Health app (iOS/Android).

  1. Download app from App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on smartphone.
  3. Open app and follow setup instructions to pair with device.
  4. After each measurement, data automatically syncs when device is near phone (Bluetooth icon flashes during transfer).
  5. App features: Track trends, share data with doctor, set reminders, multiple user profiles.

Tip: Keep smartphone within 3 meters during measurement for reliable sync.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug cuff tube before cleaning. Use only mild soap and damp cloth; do not immerse in water.

  1. Clean cuff with damp cloth; air dry completely before storage.
  2. Clean device with dry or slightly damp cloth.
  3. Store in provided case in cool, dry place.
  4. Replace batteries when low battery symbol appears.
  5. Replace cuff if it becomes damaged or loses elasticity.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol, solvents, or abrasives. Do not expose to extreme temperatures or humidity.
