Device Overview

First-Time Setup

Prepare device before first measurement.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set Date & Time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Connect Cuff: Ensure air tube is firmly plugged into the device port.
  4. Pair with App: Download "Microlife Connected Health" app, enable phone Bluetooth, press Bluetooth button on device until symbol flashes.
  5. Select User: Press MEMORY button to cycle through User 1-4, ensure correct user is displayed.

CAUTION! Use only recommended batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Sit comfortably with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Apply Cuff: Place cuff on bare upper left arm (unless instructed otherwise by doctor). Artery marker should align with brachial artery. Cuff edge should be 2-3 cm above elbow.
  3. Secure Cuff: Pull end through D-ring, tighten with Velcro so two fingers fit under cuff.
  4. Position Arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level. Ensure tube is not kinked.
  5. Start Measurement: Press START/STOP button. Cuff will inflate automatically.
  6. Remain Still: Do not talk or move during measurement.
  7. Read Results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse will display. WHO indicator will show category.
  8. If Irregular Heartbeat symbol appears, consult your physician.
  9. For MAM Mode: Device will automatically take 3 consecutive measurements and display the average.

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistent tracking.

Using the Memory & App

Memory stores up to 200 readings per user.

  1. View Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings for current user.
  2. Delete Memory: Press and hold MEMORY and START/STOP together for 5 seconds to clear current user's memory.
  3. Bluetooth Sync: Ensure device is paired. After measurement, data automatically syncs to app (if within range).
  4. App Features: View trends, share reports with doctor, set reminders, track multiple users.
  5. User Switching: Press MEMORY to select different user before measurement.

Note: Data sync requires app running in background on smartphone.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug tube and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Clean cuff with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash.
  2. Wipe main unit with dry, soft cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
  3. Store in provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  4. Replace batteries when low battery icon appears.
  5. Inspect cuff periodically for wear, cracks, or loose stitching.

CAUTION! Do not immerse device in water. Do not attempt to repair or disassemble.
