Initial Setup

Before first use, install batteries or connect the AC adapter, set the date/time, and pair with the app.

  1. Power: Insert 4 AA batteries or plug in the AC adapter.
  2. Date & Time: Press and hold the M button for 3 seconds. Use START/STOP to adjust values, press M to confirm.
  3. User Selection: Press the User button to select User 1 or User 2 for separate memory storage.
  4. Cuff Application: Place cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow. Ensure tube runs down the center of your arm. Secure with the D-Ring.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes before your first measurement. Sit in a quiet chair with feet flat on the floor.

Taking a Measurement

For the most accurate reading, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported and legs uncrossed.
  2. Wrap the cuff correctly on your left arm (unless instructed otherwise by your doctor).
  3. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
  4. Press the START/STOP button. The device will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete and the cuff deflates.
  6. Your systolic, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will display. The WHO bar will show your category.
  7. For MAM mode, the device will automatically take two more readings after a short pause and display the average.
  8. To turn off the device, press START/STOP again, or it will power off automatically.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. An incorrect cuff position will give false readings.

Using the Microlife Connect App

The app provides tracking, trends, and sharing features.

  1. Download the free "Microlife Connect" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  3. On the monitor, press the Bluetooth button. The Bluetooth icon ( ) will flash.
  4. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device.
  5. After pairing, future measurements will automatically sync to the app when the monitor is near your phone and Bluetooth is on.
  6. Use the app to view history charts, set reminders, and export data for your doctor.

Note: The app is compatible with iOS and Android. Check the Microlife website for specific version requirements.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug the AC adapter and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Cleaning: Wipe the main unit and cuff with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or use abrasive cleaners.
  2. Storage: Store in the provided case in a cool, dry place. Do not bend the tube sharply.
  3. Batteries: Replace batteries when the low battery icon appears. Use alkaline batteries for best performance.
  4. Cuff: The cuff contains a sensitive sensor. Do not wash it. If damaged, contact Microlife for a replacement.

CAUTION! Never attempt to repair the device yourself. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
