  1. Consult your physician before use if you have arrhythmia, pre-eclampsia, or other conditions.
  2. Do not use on infants, children, or persons unable to express themselves.
  3. Do not use during blood dialysis or if you have a shunt in your arm.
  4. Wait at least 5 minutes between consecutive measurements on the same person.
  5. Do not use in explosive atmospheres or near strong electromagnetic fields.

Device Overview

Front Panel: LCD Display, START/STOP Button, MEMORY Button, USER Button, DATE/TIME Button.

Display Symbols: Systolic pressure, Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate, WHO indicator, User indicator (1 or 2), Memory full, Irregular heartbeat, Low battery, Date/Time, Average value.

Cuff: Velcro closure, air tube connector, artery marker (align with brachial artery).

First-Time Setup

Prepare device before first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4xAA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press DATE/TIME button, use START/STOP to adjust values.
  3. Select user: Press USER button to select User 1 or User 2.
  4. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes before first measurement. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes prior.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow proper procedure.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat on floor.
  2. Place arm on table with palm up, cuff at heart level.
  3. Press START/STOP button - device inflates automatically.
  4. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  5. Results display automatically with systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
  6. Device deflates and stores reading in memory.
  7. To turn off, press START/STOP again or wait for auto power-off.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is at heart level.

Irregular Heartbeat Symbol: Appears if irregular rhythm detected during measurement. Consult physician if frequent.

Memory Function

Device stores 30 measurements for each of 2 users.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  3. Average value: Displays average of last 3 measurements for selected user.
  4. Clear memory: Hold MEMORY button for 5 seconds to delete all readings for current user.

Note: Memory full symbol appears when 30 readings stored. Oldest reading overwritten when new one added.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures accurate measurements and long device life.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol or solvents. Do not expose to extreme temperatures.
