Device Overview

Initial Setup

Power on device; set date and time.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set Date/Time: Press and hold START/STOP for 3 seconds. Use START/STOP to adjust values.
  3. Select User: Press USER button to toggle between U1 and U2.
  4. Connect Cuff: Plug air tube firmly into device socket.

Tip: For first use, take a practice measurement to familiarize yourself with the process.

Taking a Measurement

For most accurate results, sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor, back supported.
  2. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow. Artery marker should align with brachial artery.
  3. Rest arm on table so cuff is at heart level.
  4. Press START/STOP. Device will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete and results are displayed.
  6. Results are automatically saved to selected user's memory.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff when not wrapped around arm. Do not move or talk during measurement.

Understanding Results

The display shows systolic pressure (top number), diastolic pressure (middle number), and pulse rate.

Record your readings and share them with your healthcare provider.

Memory Function

Device stores last 99 readings for each of two users (U1 and U2).

  1. Select User: Press USER button to choose U1 or U2.
  2. View Memory: Press and release MEMORY button. Use +/- buttons to scroll through stored readings.
  3. Clear Memory: In memory mode, press and hold MEMORY for 3 seconds to delete all readings for current user.
  4. Average: Device automatically calculates average of last 3 readings taken in the last 10 minutes.

Care & Maintenance

Clean device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water or use chemicals.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device. Contact authorized service center.
