Specifications

Initial Setup & Battery Installation

Insert batteries and set date/time before first measurement.

  1. Open battery compartment on back of device.
  2. Insert 2 AAA batteries observing correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close compartment. The device will turn on automatically.
  4. Set date and time using the M (Memory) button and START/STOP button.
  5. Select user (User 1 or User 2) by pressing the USER button.

Tip: Replace batteries when low battery icon appears. Use alkaline batteries for best performance.

Proper Wrist Positioning

Correct positioning is critical for accurate readings.

  1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
  2. Remove tight clothing from wrist.
  3. 3. Place cuff on bare left wrist (or right wrist if instructed by physician).
  4. Position cuff 0.5-1 cm (¼-½ inch) from palm, with display facing upward.
  5. Secure cuff snugly with Velcro.
  6. Rest elbow on table, keeping cuff at heart level.
  7. Relax hand with palm facing upward.

WARNING! Do not talk or move during measurement. Incorrect positioning will cause inaccurate readings.

Taking a Measurement

Using MAM mode for medical accuracy.

  1. Ensure proper wrist positioning as described.
  2. Press START/STOP button. Cuff will inflate automatically.
  3. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete.
  4. 4. For MAM mode: After first reading, device automatically starts two more measurements at 15-second intervals.
  5. After third reading, device displays average systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse rate.
  6. Results are automatically saved to selected user's memory.
  7. Press START/STOP to turn device off, or it will power off automatically after 1 minute.

Note: If body movement icon appears, remain still and restart measurement.

Memory Function

Review and manage stored readings.

  1. Press M (Memory) button to enter memory mode.
  2. Use USER button to select User 1 or User 2 memory.
  3. Press START/STOP to scroll through stored readings (display shows reading number, date, time, values).
  4. To delete all readings for current user: In memory mode, press and hold M button for 3 seconds until "CLR" appears.
  5. Average of all stored readings for selected user can be displayed.

Tip: Take measurements at same time daily for consistent tracking. Share memory data with your physician.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures device longevity and accuracy.

  1. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth only. Do not immerse in water.
  2. Wipe device with dry, soft cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
  3. Store in provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  4. Remove batteries if device will not be used for extended period.
  5. Do not disassemble or attempt repairs. Contact service center.
