  1. Do not use on infants, children, or persons who cannot express their consent.
  2. Consult your physician before use if you have arrhythmia, pre-eclampsia, or other circulatory disorders.
  3. Do not use during or immediately after physical exercise, bathing, eating, or drinking alcohol/caffeine.
  4. Ensure cuff is at heart level during measurement.
  5. Do not inflate cuff when not wrapped around arm.

Device Overview

Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use:

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press DATE/TIME button, use START/STOP to adjust values.
  3. Connect cuff: Insert cuff tube connector into device port until it clicks.
  4. Select user: Press USER button to select User 1 or User 2.

CAUTION! Use only recommended batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps:

  1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
  2. Sit on chair with back supported, feet flat on floor.
  3. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above elbow.
  4. Align artery marker with brachial artery on inner arm.
  5. Keep cuff at heart level during measurement.
  6. Press START/STOP button to begin.
  7. Remain still and quiet until measurement completes.
  8. Results display with systolic, diastolic, pulse, and classification.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Device stores 99 measurements per user (2 users):

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  3. Average calculation: Device shows average of last 3 readings for selected user.
  4. Clear memory: Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to delete all readings for current user.

Note: Memory full indicator appears when 99 measurements are stored.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug or remove batteries before cleaning. Use slightly damp cloth only; no liquids or solvents.

  1. Clean cuff with mild soap and water (do not machine wash).
  2. Wipe monitor with dry or slightly damp cloth.
  3. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  4. Replace batteries when low battery symbol appears.
  5. Do not disassemble device.

CAUTION! Do not immerse device in water. Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity.
