Access functions via buttons on the front of the unit.

Initial Setup & Battery Installation

Before first use, install batteries and set the date/time.

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.
  2. Insert 4 AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the cover. The display will show all symbols briefly.
  4. Press the MEMORY button for 3 seconds to enter the clock setting mode.
  5. Use the START/STOP and USER buttons to adjust the year, month, day, hour, and minute.
  6. Press MEMORY to confirm and exit.

Tip: Replace batteries when the low battery icon appears on the display.

Applying the Cuff

Correct cuff placement is essential for an accurate reading.

  1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Rest your arm on a table.
  2. Insert the cuff end through the metal D-ring to form a loop.
  3. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above the elbow. The air tube should run down the center of your inner arm.
  4. Secure the cuff snugly, but not too tight. You should be able to fit one finger underneath.
  5. Ensure the cuff is at the same level as your heart.

WARNING! Do not talk or move during measurement.

Taking a Measurement

Supports single measurements and average of last 3 readings.

  1. Select User: Press the USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. Position: Sit with feet flat, back supported, and cuff applied correctly.
  3. Start: Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will inflate automatically.
  4. Measurement: Remain still and quiet. The cuff will deflate automatically.
  5. Result: Your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will display along with the WHO classification bar.
  6. Automatic Save: The reading is automatically saved to the selected user's memory.
  7. Power Off: The device turns off automatically about 1 minute after the reading.

WARNING! Do not inflate the cuff while it is wrapped around your arm.

Understanding the Display & Results

WHO Classification Indicator: A bar graph shows where your reading falls: Green (Optimal), Yellow (Normal), Orange (High Normal), Red (Hypertension).

Irregular Heartbeat Symbol: If this icon flashes during or after measurement, it may indicate an irregular pulse rhythm. Consult your physician if it appears frequently.

Average Mode: To use, take 3 measurements within 10 minutes. After the 3rd reading, the device will automatically display the average of all three.

Memory Function

Viewing Memory: Press the MEMORY button once. The display will show the most recent reading for the selected user. Press MEMORY repeatedly to scroll through all stored readings for that user.

Deleting Memory: Press and hold the MEMORY button for about 3 seconds while in memory mode. "CLR" will appear. Press USER to confirm deleting ALL memory for the currently selected user, or press START/STOP to cancel.

Care, Cleaning & Storage

Remove batteries before cleaning. Clean the device and cuff with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or use harsh chemicals.

CAUTION! Do not wash the cuff. Store the device in the provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Disconnect the cuff from the monitor if storing for a long period.
