Device Overview

Front Panel: LCD Display, START/STOP Button, MEMORY Button, USER Button (1/2), DATE/TIME Button.

Side Panel: USB Port, DC Input Jack (for AC adapter).

Cuff: Air tube connector, Velcro closure, artery marker (△).

Display Symbols: User indicator (1/2), Systolic/Diastolic/Pulse values, AFIB symbol, Irregular Heartbeat symbol, Battery indicator, Memory full icon, WHO color bar.

Initial Setup

Power on device; set date and time.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment on back; insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set Date/Time: Press and hold DATE/TIME button; use START/STOP to adjust values.
  3. Select User: Press USER button to select User 1 or User 2 for memory storage.
  4. Connect Cuff: Plug air tube firmly into the connector on left side of unit.

Tip: For more stable power, use the included AC adapter by plugging into DC input jack.

Taking a Measurement

For most accurate results, measure at the same time each day.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor.
  2. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm. Artery marker (△) should be over brachial artery.
  3. Cuff edge should be 1-2 cm above elbow. Tube should run down center of arm.
  4. Press START/STOP. Device will inflate automatically to appropriate level.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement. Do not move arm or talk.
  6. Reading displays with systolic, diastolic, and pulse. AFIB or irregular heartbeat symbols appear if detected.
  7. Reading is automatically stored in memory for selected user.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff when not wrapped around arm. Avoid taking measurements immediately after eating, drinking caffeine, or smoking.

Memory & Data Management

Device stores 99 readings per user (2 users total).

  1. View Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings for current user.
  2. Switch User: Press USER button to toggle between User 1 and User 2 before taking a measurement.
  3. Delete All Memory: With device off, press and hold MEMORY and USER buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. "CLr" appears.
  4. Memory Full: When memory is full, oldest reading is automatically overwritten.

Note: For long-term tracking, transfer readings to PC software via USB.

PC Connectivity

Transfer readings to Microlife Health Management Software (sold separately) or compatible third-party software.

  1. Install software on your Windows PC (check system requirements).
  2. Connect USB cable from monitor to PC.
  3. Open software and follow prompts to import data.
  4. Data includes systolic, diastolic, pulse, date, time, AFIB detection flag, and irregular heartbeat flag.

Tip: Software allows tracking trends, printing reports, and sharing data with healthcare providers.

Care & Maintenance

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water or use solvents.
