Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Attach cuff: Connect cuff tube to device port until it clicks.
  4. Select user: Press USER 1 or USER 2 button to select user profile.

CAUTION! Use only recommended batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Sit comfortably: Rest for 5 minutes before measurement.
  2. Apply cuff: Place cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
  3. Position arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.
  4. Start measurement: Press START/STOP button.
  5. Remain still: Do not move or talk during measurement.
  6. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate display automatically.
  7. Store reading: Reading is automatically stored to selected user memory.
  8. Remove cuff: Wait for complete deflation before removing.

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Review and manage stored readings.

  1. Select user: Press USER 1 or USER 2 button.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  3. View average: Press and hold MEMORY button for 2 seconds to show average of last 3 readings.
  4. Clear memory: With memory displayed, press and hold USER button for 5 seconds until "0" appears.

Note: Memory is preserved when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures accurate measurements and long device life.

  1. Clean device: Use soft, dry cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
  2. Clean cuff: Wipe with damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not immerse in water.
  3. Store properly: Keep in storage case in cool, dry place.
  4. Replace batteries: When battery indicator appears.
  5. Check cuff: Inspect regularly for wear or damage.
