Safety Information

Read all instructions before use. For personal home use only.

  1. Do not use on infants, children, or persons unable to express themselves.
  2. Consult your physician before use if you have arrhythmia, pre-eclampsia, or arterial sclerosis.
  3. Do not use during blood dialysis or if you have a shunt in the arm.
  4. Wait at least 5 minutes after exercise, bathing, eating, or drinking caffeine/alcohol.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement; do not talk or move.

Device Overview

Front: Touchscreen, START/STOP button. Side: Bluetooth button, Micro-USB port. Top: Air tube connector. Back: Battery compartment, cuff storage clip.

Display Symbols: User icon (1/2), Bluetooth, battery, MAM, AFib, heart symbol, date/time, systolic/diastolic values, pulse rate, WHO indicator (green/yellow/red).

Cuff: Marked with artery index line. Ensure correct positioning for accurate readings.

First-Time Setup

Power on device; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Insert batteries: Open compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date & time: Touch settings icon, adjust using +/– buttons.
  3. Pair with app: Press Bluetooth button, open Microlife Connected Health app, follow pairing instructions.
  4. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow. Artery line over brachial artery.
  5. Select user: Touch user icon to choose User 1 or User 2.

CAUTION! Do not over-tighten cuff. Ensure tube is not kinked.

Taking a Measurement

For most accurate results, measure at the same time each day.

  1. Sit comfortably: Back supported, feet flat, arm resting on table at heart level.
  2. Apply cuff correctly: Snug but not tight, tube facing downward.
  3. Press START/STOP: Device inflates automatically. Remain still.
  4. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, pulse displayed. WHO indicator shows category.
  5. For MAM: Enable in settings. Device takes 3 readings with 30-second pauses, displays average.
  6. View memory: Touch clock icon to see stored readings.

Tip: Avoid talking, crossing legs, or clenching fist during measurement.

Bluetooth & App Connection

Sync data to smartphone for tracking and sharing with your doctor.

  1. Enable Bluetooth on smartphone.
  2. Open Microlife Connected Health app (download from App Store or Google Play).
  3. Press Bluetooth button on monitor until icon blinks.
  4. Follow app instructions to pair. Name device (e.g., "Home Monitor").
  5. After measurement, data automatically syncs (if within range).
  6. View trends, charts, and export PDF reports in app.

Note: Bluetooth range approx. 10 meters. Ensure app is updated.

Memory & Data Management

Stores 200 readings (100 per user).

Warning: Clearing memory is irreversible. Sync to app first if needed.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug power (if used) and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Clean cuff: Use damp cloth with mild soap. Do not machine wash.
  2. Clean monitor: Dry soft cloth only. No liquids, solvents, or abrasives.
  3. Storage: Keep in case, away from extreme temperatures, humidity, dust.
  4. Batteries: Replace when low battery icon appears. Use alkaline batteries.
  5. Cuff inspection: Check for cracks or leaks periodically.
