  1. Prepare: Sit comfortably with feet flat on the floor and back supported. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
  2. Apply the Cuff: Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper arm (1-2 cm above elbow). The artery marker (Φ) should align with your brachial artery.
  3. Select User: Press the User (1/2) button to select your profile. The user icon (1 or 2) will show on the display.
  4. Start Measurement: Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain Still: Do not move or talk during inflation and measurement.
  6. Read Results: After deflation, your systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse rate will display along with the hypertension indicator bar.
  7. Using MAM Mode: For an average reading, do not remove the cuff. The monitor will automatically take two more readings at 30-second intervals and then display the average of all three.

CAUTION! Do not inflate the cuff when it is not wrapped around an arm.
