Initial Setup

  3. Position arm: Keep cuff at heart level, relax arm on table.
  4. Start measurement: Press START button, remain still and quiet.
  5. Read results: Display shows systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse rate.
  6. Interpretation: WHO indicator shows green (normal), yellow (elevated), or red (high).
  7. Irregular heartbeat: Symbol appears if detected during measurement.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Remove tight clothing from arm.
