Device Overview

Front Panel: LCD display, START/STOP button, MEMORY button, USER button (User 1/User 2), DATE/TIME button.

Initial Setup

Before first use: Install batteries or connect AC adapter, set date and time.

  1. Battery installation: Open battery compartment, insert 4xAA batteries observing polarity.
  2. AC adapter: Plug into socket on device and wall outlet (use for home use to save batteries).
  3. Set date/time: Press and hold DATE/TIME button, use START/STOP to adjust values, press DATE/TIME to confirm.
  4. Cuff connection: Plug cuff tube firmly into port on side of device.

CAUTION! Use correct battery type. Do not mix old and new batteries. Remove batteries if not using for extended period.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results: Rest 5 minutes before measuring, avoid eating, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes prior.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported, feet flat on floor.
  2. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with inner arm.
  3. Keep cuff at heart level, relax arm on table.
  4. Press START/STOP button. Device will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  6. Results display with systolic, diastolic, pulse rate, and WHO classification.
  7. For MAM mode: Device automatically takes 3 measurements with 30-second pauses and displays average.
  8. Device deflates and powers off automatically.

Tip: Take measurements at same time daily for consistent tracking. Avoid talking or moving during measurement.

Memory Function

Stores 99 measurements per user with date and time.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to toggle between User 1 and User 2 (icons display).
  2. Memory recall: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored measurements.
  3. Clear memory: While in memory mode, press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to clear current user's memory.
  4. Automatic storage: Each measurement is automatically saved to selected user's memory.

NOTE: Memory is maintained when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.

Care & Maintenance

Clean device with soft, dry cloth only. Do not immerse in water or use chemicals.

  3. Battery replacement: Replace when battery icon appears empty.
  4. Device service: No user-serviceable parts. Contact authorized service center.
