  2. Easy-Wrap D-Ring Cuff: Connects to the main unit via air tube. Marked with a range guide.
  3. Air Tube & Connector: Securely plugs into the port on the left side of the main unit.
  4. Display: Shows systolic/diastolic pressure, pulse rate, user icon, memory index, date/time, and indicators.
  5. Control Buttons: START/STOP (M-button), MEMORY button, USER button (1/2).
  6. Battery Compartment: Located on the back, requires 4 AA batteries.

CAUTION! Do not bend or kink the air tube. Ensure the cuff is the correct size for your arm.

First-Time Setup

Prepare the device for its first use.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back. Insert 4 new AA batteries, observing correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.
  2. Set Date and Time: Press the MEMORY button for 3 seconds until the year flashes. Use the START/STOP button to adjust values and the MEMORY button to confirm and move to the next setting (month, day, hour, minute).

Taking a Measurement

  1. Wrap the Cuff: Slide your arm through the D-ring. Place the cuff 1-2 cm above your elbow. The air tube should run down the center of your inner arm. Tighten the cuff snugly by pulling the end of the fabric.
  2. Connect the Tube: Ensure the air tube is securely plugged into the main unit.
  3. Start Measurement: Press the START/STOP button. The device will inflate automatically. Remain still and quiet.
  4. Read Results: After deflation, your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will display. The WHO indicator will show your category. Note any AFIB or irregular heartbeat symbols.
  5. The device will automatically store the reading and power off after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement, as this will affect accuracy.
