  3. Wait at least 5 minutes after eating, smoking, or consuming caffeine before measuring.

Device Components

Identify all parts before first use.

Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

Taking a Measurement

Follow these steps for accurate readings.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat on floor.
  2. Place cuff on left arm (or as directed by physician) at heart level.
  3. Press START/STOP button - device will inflate automatically.
  4. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  5. Read results on display when measurement completes.
  6. Press START/STOP again to turn off device, or wait for auto shut-off.

Important: Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is at heart level.

The display shows systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse rate, and indicators.

Memory Function

Store and recall measurements for tracking.

  1. Automatic storage: Measurements are automatically saved to selected user's memory.
  2. Recall measurements: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  3. Average function: Device calculates average of last 3 measurements taken within 10 minutes.
  4. Clear memory: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds while in memory mode.
  5. User switching: Press USER button to toggle between User 1 and User 2 profiles.

Tip: Record your readings in a log book along with notes about medication, diet, or symptoms.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures accurate measurements and long device life.

  1. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
