Safety Information

Read all instructions before use. For personal use only.

  1. Do not use on infants, children, or persons unable to express themselves.
  2. Consult your physician before use if you have arrhythmia, pre-eclampsia, or other circulatory disorders.
  3. Do not use the device on an injured arm or if you have an intravenous drip or shunt.
  4. Wait at least 5 minutes between measurements on the same person.

Device Overview

Access functions via the START/STOP button and MEMORY button.

Front Panel: START/STOP button, MEMORY button, LCD display.

Display Symbols: Systolic pressure, Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate, WHO indicator, Irregular heartbeat symbol, Memory index, Date/Time, Low battery, Error symbol.

Connections: Air tube socket (rear), Cuff connector.

First-Time Setup

Insert batteries and set date/time before first use.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set Date/Time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds. Use START/STOP to adjust values, MEMORY to confirm and move to next setting.
  3. Attach Cuff: Connect cuff tube to the air socket on the left side of the monitor until it clicks.

CAUTION! Use only alkaline batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, rest for 5 minutes before measuring.

  1. Sit correctly: Sit on a chair with back support, feet flat on floor.
  2. Apply cuff: Place cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow. Ensure tube runs down center of arm.
  3. Position arm: Rest arm on table so cuff is at heart level.
  4. Start measurement: Press START/STOP. Cuff inflates automatically.
  5. Remain still: Do not talk or move during measurement.
  6. Read results: Systolic, diastolic pressure and pulse rate display. WHO indicator lights.

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistent tracking.

Understanding Results

The WHO indicator provides immediate classification.

Irregular Heartbeat Symbol: If this symbol appears, the measurement may have been affected by movement or arrhythmia. Remain still and repeat measurement.

Memory Function

Stores up to 60 measurements with date and time.

  1. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  2. Average function: After 3 measurements, the display shows the average of the last 3 readings.
  3. Clear memory: To delete all memory, remove batteries for more than 1 minute.

Note: Memory is maintained when replacing batteries if done within 1 minute.

Care & Maintenance

Clean device with a soft, dry cloth only. Do not immerse in water.

  1. Store in provided case in a cool, dry place.
  2. Do not expose to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
  3. Remove batteries if device will not be used for extended periods.
  4. Do not disassemble or attempt repairs.

CAUTION! Never use alcohol, benzene, or abrasive cleaners. Do not twist or kink the air tube.

Battery Information

WARNING! Do not use rechargeable batteries. Remove exhausted batteries immediately to prevent leakage.
