Device Overview

Front Panel: START/STOP button, Memory (M) button, User Select button (1/2), Display. Cuff: Air tube connector, Velcro closure, artery marker. Rear: Battery compartment, AC adapter port, Bluetooth pairing button.

Display Symbols: User icon (1/2), Memory icon, Bluetooth icon, Battery indicator, Heartbeat symbol, AFIB symbol, Systolic/Diastolic/Heart rate values, Date & Time.

Initial Setup & Cuff Fitting

Proper cuff placement is essential for accurate readings.

  1. Insert batteries or connect AC adapter.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold M button for 3 seconds, use START to adjust.
  3. Select user: Press User button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  4. Apply cuff: Place on bare upper arm, artery marker over brachial artery. Cuff edge should be 2-3 cm above elbow.
  5. Secure cuff: Snug but comfortable; you should fit one finger underneath.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes in a seated position before measuring. Keep feet flat, back supported, and arm at heart level.

Taking a Measurement

For the most accurate results, follow these steps precisely.

  1. Sit correctly: As described above.
  2. Wrap cuff properly.
  3. Press START: Device will inflate automatically.
  4. Remain still and quiet: Do not move or talk during measurement.
  5. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse will display. AFIB symbol appears if irregular heartbeat detected.
  6. Device deflates automatically. Press START to turn off, or it will power off after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff when not attached to arm. Excessive pressure may cause injury.

Using the Memory Function

Stores and recalls past readings for tracking.

  1. Select user before measurement to store in that user's memory.
  2. View memory: Press M button to scroll through stored readings for the selected user.
  3. Average reading: After 3 measurements within 10 minutes, the average automatically displays.
  4. Clear memory: In memory mode, press and hold M button for 5 seconds to clear current user's memory.

Bluetooth & App Connectivity

Sync data with the free "Microlife Connected Health" app.

  1. Download app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone/tablet.
  3. On monitor, press and hold Bluetooth button until icon blinks.
  4. Open app and follow pairing instructions.
  5. After pairing, measurements automatically transfer to app for tracking, history graphs, and sharing with your doctor.

Tip: Ensure monitor is within 3 feet (1 meter) of mobile device during pairing and syncing.

Care, Cleaning & Storage

Unplug AC adapter and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Clean monitor and cuff with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
  2. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or compressed air.
  3. Store in the provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  4. Remove batteries if device will not be used for an extended period.

CAUTION! Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device. No user-serviceable parts inside.
